No overage. Hard caps.

Every plan has a monthly allowance of voice minutes and text chat replies, shown on each plan card. When you hit a cap, the bot stops or limits further use until the next billing cycle — or you can upgrade. We do not charge extra for going over. You get a predictable bill, not a surprise invoice.

Unused minutes and replies don’t roll over. Allowances reset at the start of each billing period.

Short FAQ

What happens when I hit the cap?

When you run out of voice minutes or text replies for the month, the bot pauses or limits further voice or chat until your next billing cycle resets the allowance, or until you upgrade to a higher plan. You will not be charged overage fees.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Cancel anytime in the Stripe Customer Portal or by emailing hello@botfactory.to. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your first charge can be refunded within 7 days even if you used the Service; after that, and for renewals, there are no partial refunds unless the law requires one. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

What if my payment fails?

If a renewal payment fails, the voice and chat button on your website immediately shows as Unavailable until payment succeeds. Stripe retries the charge for up to 1 week. If payment still has not succeeded after that week, the subscription ends. Update your payment method in the Stripe Customer Portal or email hello@botfactory.to.

What does “paid beta” mean?

You’re a real paying customer. The product is still improving — features and limits may change as we learn. Starter is discounted to $9/mo (list $19/mo) during the beta. If you subscribe to Starter during the beta, you keep $9/mo for 12 months from your first charge, then move to $19/mo with at least 30 days’ notice. After the beta ends, new Starter customers pay $19/mo.

Is voice included on my website?

Yes. Voice is what Bot Factory sells: a voice agent on your site that answers visitors, captures leads, and can book calls. Text chat is included as a secondary channel.

What’s free vs paid?

The hosted demo on Bot Factory is free (no card) and includes 20 text chats and 5 voice tries per project. Putting the agent live on your own website requires a paid plan. You can configure the embed in the dashboard on a free account, but Copy and Rotate stay locked until you choose a plan and pay with Stripe.

Do you store my visitors’ call audio?

No. Visitor audio is processed in the visitor’s browser and by our AI provider (xAI). Bot Factory does not store audio. Transcripts are kept for 90 days, then deleted.

Who sees the leads?

You do. Lead notification emails go to your team. You are responsible for your visitors’ privacy notice, for telling them the site uses an AI voice assistant and that conversations are transcribed, and for follow-up.
