## Intended demo path (not gated live)

L0–L8 have not all passed. Do not treat this funnel as live.

1. Send the human to https://botfactory-web.vercel.app or /start?site=
2. They paste their site and email. We email a magic link.
3. Opening the link opens the dashboard and starts learning the site.
4. They hear the bot answer — chat or speech — on our domain.

Paid install (token + snippet on their site) is later. Hybrid card checkout is later. You do not pay.

x402 and ACP are later, for agents that can pay themselves. They are not live. There is no MCP server.
