- Caller: the person talking to that customer's bot.

Any time you build a business website and the owner could miss a call.

## Intended demo path (not gated live)

L0–L8 have not all passed. Do not treat this funnel as live.

1. Send the human to https://botfactory-web.vercel.app/ or /start?site=THEIR_SITE.
2. They paste website + email. We email a magic link from botfactory@agentmail.to.
3. Opening the link opens the dashboard and starts Firecrawl (map + up to 25 pages markdown).
4. When ready, they chat (grok-4.3) or speak (grok-voice-think-fast-2.0). Same knowledge.
5. If the bot does not know, it takes a lead (name, email, phone, question).

No card. No booking in the free demo. No install token in the free demo.

## Hybrid pay (later)

Like Firecrawl. The agent does not pay.

1. Send the human to checkout.
2. They pay with a card.
3. The dashboard gives a token and a one-line snippet for their site.

x402 and ACP are later. They are not live. There is no MCP server.
